In Amarula Solutions we believe in open source and we want to do our best to promote and share this great culture. This year, on October 26th, the Linux User Group of Mantova (LUGMan) organized the Linux Day 2024 and Amarula Solutions will be honored to contribute with a talk as well.
The contribution to open source
Linux Day Mantova 2024, together with all the Italian Linux Day events is considered the largest event on the topic, with thousands of visitors along the country. As part of our goals of presence on the territory and networking, we are happy to share our experience in Open Source development with a talk from our experienced team members.
The talk is held in room 5 at 12:00 and the topic will be: “FOSS upstreaming: Guidelines to start contributing to open source projects”. In this talk, we share our experience in how to approach and actively participate in free software. In addition, we provide valuable guidance and best practices for those who want to start contributing to Open Source projects.
